Conversation
We’ll discuss your project, budget, and timeline to determine if we’re a fit for one another.
Walkthrough
If the project looks like a fit, we’ll schedule a site walkthrough to view the space.
Agreement
You’ll be provided an agreement that details the scope, timeline, and budget of your design phase.
In-House Design
Site Visit
The design phase kicks off with a site visit in which we begin gathering specs to create 3D renderings of the build space.
Interview
A second interview is conducted to unearth details about your preferences in regards to the look, feel, and function of your new space. This will inform choices in design and material selection.
Plan Set
Once your design is agreed upon, we’ll deliver a plan set including…floor plans, 3D renderings, material selections, and any additional supporting documentation.
Conceptual Buget
Leaning heavily on our experience, interaction with the market, and knowledge of your scope, we compile a working budget in order to facilitate informed decisions.
Build
Team Build
Our team of expert tradesmen begin bringing your newly designed space to life. A project manager will keep you informed and updated on each phase of the build process.
Managed with Care
As guests in your home, we recognize and respect the importance of preserving a comfortable living space. That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure your quality of life is maintained during our build process; from implementing noise management strategies to regulating air quality standards - all centered around sustaining an ideal home environment.
Completion
As you move into your completed space, we will formally close out the project and add you to our continued care client list to maintain access to our team of professionals who may assist in the upkeep of your new home space.
